Police recover modified flare gun, stolen car in Albany

ALBANY, N.Y. (News10) — 3 juveniles have been arrested in Albany just after police claimed they were being identified to be in a stolen car. The Albany County Sheriff’s Office environment reported the 15-calendar year-old, 13-calendar year-aged, and 12-year-outdated ended up also observed to be in possession of a modified flare gun.

On Might 14, deputies stopped a motor vehicle that was reported stolen in Troy several hours before. Just after activating the unexpected emergency lights, police stated the driver of the stolen car or truck sideswiped a Sheriff’s Patrol Unit leading to small injury.

The vehicle stopped on Ontario Street just north of Clinton Avenue. Five teens exited the automobile and fled the scene on foot. Police reported three of the juveniles have been apprehended.
